Day 1: Islamabad → Gilgit by road (12–14 hrs) via Silk Route along the Indus River. Overnight at hotel in Gilgit.
Day 2: Drive Gilgit → Phandar (Ghizer Valley). Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Phandar → Hunza. Overnight at Hunza.
Day 4: Full day in Hunza – visit Baltit Fort, Karimabad Bazaar, Altit Fort & village. Sunset from Duikar top. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Excursion to Gulmit & Hussaini – visit Attabad Lake, Passu village, Gulmit village, Hussaini Suspension Bridge. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Morning drive to Nagar Valley for autumn photography. Overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Hunza → Skardu (7 hrs). Overnight at PTDC Motel or Masherbrum Hotel.
Day 8: Visit Shangrila Resort (Lower Kachura Lake), Upper Kachura Lake, Shigar Valley & Shigar Fort via Sadpara Lake. Overnight at hotel in Skardu.
Day 9: Drive to Khaplu Valley – visit Khaplu Fort & surrounding villages. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Explore Khaplu, Chaqchan Mosque (14th century). Afternoon return to Skardu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11–12: Return to Islamabad by road. Tour ends.
