Day 1: Islamabad → Gilgit by Road (12–14 hrs). Early morning departure via Silk Route with views of the Indus River. Overnight in hotel at Gilgit.
Day 2: Gilgit → Phandar, Ghizar Valley. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Phandar → Hunza. Overnight at Hunza.
Day 4: Hunza – Full day visit of Karimabad (Baltit Fort, Bazaar, Altit Fort). Evening drive to Duikar top for sunset views of Hunza & Nagar Valleys. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Gulmit – Hussaini. Visit Attabad Lake, Passu village, Gulmit, and Hussaini Suspension Bridge. Overnight in Karimabad hotel.
Day 6: Drive to Nagar Valley for photography of autumn colors. Overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Hunza → Skardu Baltistan (7 hrs). Overnight at PTDC Motel or Masherbrum Hotel.
Day 8: Visit Shangrila Resort / Lower & Upper Kachura Lakes. Continue to Shigar Valley and Shigar Fort via Sadpara Lake. Return to Skardu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 9: Visit Shigar & Khaplu Valley. Explore Khaplu Fort and local culture. Overnight in hotel.
Day 10: Full day at Khaplu – explore Khaplu Fort, Chaqchan Mosque, and historic sites. Afternoon return to Skardu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11–12: Return journey Skardu → Islamabad by road. Overnight in Islamabad hotel.

Route: Islamabad → Gilgit → Phandar → Hunza → Nagar → Skardu → Shigar → Khaplu → Skardu → Islamabad
